You may make your reservation request in person, by fax, e-mail or postal mail.

In person requests must be made during regular business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday) at the World International Vacation Club Reservations Department

Reservation Request Form

1. Reservation requests will not be considered nor held if you are delinquent in the payment of any Assessment or during any period for which your use rights have been suspended by the Board.

2. Reservation requests must not be more than 12 months in advance nor less than 60 days prior to the date you request.

3. Your reservation request must be confirmed by the Reservations Department before it is valid. A written confirmation will be mailed to you. When time does not permit written confirmation, reservation requests may be confirmed by telephone, but in any event, a written confirmation will be mailed to you for your records.


Check-In Time is 3 p.m. at all WIVC resorts (except Colorado and Spain, Check-In time is 4 p.m.) and Check-Out Time is not later than 10 a.m. Saturday to Saturday. (In Cancun, some units have been assigned to a Sunday to Sunday check-in/check-out.) You need not vacate your assigned unit if you have confirmed reservations for consecutive use periods.


The Reservations Department does not confirm a specific unit when making your reservation. All units are assigned by the Resort Manager just prior to your arrival. You may, however, ask the Reservations Department to note any special requests you may have. A one-bedroom unit accommodates a maximum of four (4) people and a two-bedroom unit accommodates a maximum of six (6) people. Occupancy regulations are strictly enforced.


Members who own “Special Weeks” (the two-week period beginning on the Saturday prior to Christmas each year and the one-week period ending on the Saturday prior to Easter each year may reserve time during these periods without charge. Other members may reserve this time subject to availability and subject to a surcharge established by the Board of Directors.


A cancellation fee established by the Board of Directors will be charged if a reservation is canceled sixty (60) days in advance of the scheduled arrival date and member shall not be deemed to have used the Use Period so reserved. If a confirmed reservation is canceled less than sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, member shall be deemed to have used the Use Period so reserved. Cancellations must be made in writing.


Subject to availability, you may reserve additional time periods ("Bonus Use") other than your basic entitlement of seven (7) nights per interval owned. Reservations for Bonus Use of less than one week, but not less then two (2) nights, can be made up to 21 days in advance and reservations for an entire Bonus Week can be made up to 60 days in advance. You may not have more than one outstanding Bonus Use reservation at any one time. Cancellation of Bonus Use must be made 48 hours prior to Check-In Time of the first day of the Use Period reserved. In the event a cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to Check-In Time, you shall be charged the current per diem rate for the unused time.


If you are a member of Interval International (II) or Resort Condominiums International (RCI) and you intend to exchange your Use Period through II or RCI, first you must schedule and reserve your World International Vacation Club Use Period. Please consult your II or RCI directory and membership material for trading rules which govern reservation exchange requests.
